Shipping

We ship exclusively within the USA, straight from our facility in Idaho. Once your order is placed, we'll get it out the door within 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days after that.

Here's the deal on shipping costs: first-time customers pay a flat rate of $3.95. But once you're part of the FOUR fam? Shipping is always FREE on every future order—automatically.

Make sure you're logged into the same email/account you used for your first purchase so the free shipping applies. If it doesn't show up at checkout, no worries—just email us at info@fourorganics.co with your Order ID and we'll retroactively remove any shipping charges

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We'd love to send our lip balm worldwide, but international shipping comes with a lot of complications—brokerage fees, customs duties, taxes, and unpredictable import charges that can add up quickly. We want to keep things simple and transparent for our customers, so for now, we're sticking to domestic shipping only. If you have a US address we can ship to, we're happy to help!
